Chat moderator
Dear Members, Unfortunately we have had to set a limit to bandwidth usage to assist in keeping our bandwidth and server storage under control. A maximum of 30Mb per day per user for the forum and chat room has come into use. The maximum for gallery and forum photos has been set to 300Mb per user. With the new limits in place please note that if you are currently over the limit of 300Mb, new photos will not be able to be posted until the equivalent in old photos have been deleted from your albums. Should you exceed the 30Mb per day as a user then you will not be able to post or comment any further. Several older gallery albums might need to be deleted or even photos from albums can be selectively deleted to create more space. If you have duplicates or a string of very similar photos in an album this might be something you could consider deleting first. If deleting is not possible for you to do, please send a DM to me and I can do it for you. Please mention which albums you want deleted or which albums to remove photos from. Please could we also ask that you do not use the +Quote option when replying to a post with photos as this duplicates the photos as well as the post. In some cases I have found at least 8 x Quoted posts with multiple photos each and this uses up a terrific amount of storage space. Please assist us with this to enable the forums and gallery to continue running as smoothly as possible. Thank you and regards, CM 7
